Hi! My name is Katie and I casually began to make bracelets for myself and my friends in March of 2022 for visits to the Disneyland. I had been wearing gemstone bracelets for years and never could find anything at Disneyland that I loved in this style of jewelry. Since my friends began to request the bracelets more often and I enjoyed seeing them around the park, this grew into the business it is now. Today I create bracelets for all types of special occasions, these can be seen on my Instagram account @2.adventure.kreatives. The business has also grown to offer bracelet bar events for special occasions. It is exciting to see children and adults enjoy building a special bracelet that they can cherish for years. I am a mom of two silly, fun daughters and a full-time high school history teacher, I create all the bracelets myself, therefore, please be patient with your purchase and it will ship within 2-14 days of ordering it. If there is a special rush order that you need, please email me and I will try to get your order to you quickly.
Care for Bracelets
Please remember these bracelets are gemstones with natural properties. On occasion sometimes the colors or the stones may change if they are constantly submerged in water or have lotion constantly exposed to them. This is just a disclaimer for some stones, it does not happen with all the stones. Also treat them with care, if they are dropped they can possibly crack, break or chip.
Quality Guaranteed
If anything happens to your bracelets once you have been wearing them, please contact me for assistance to fix or repair the bracelet. For example, if a stone cracks due to constant wear or the string begins to weaken, I will fully fix, repair, or re-string the bracelet. The customer must pay for the postage to ship it back to me and I will cover the cost of the repair and shipping. I want your bracelet to last for years!
Returns
2.adventure.kreatives does not accept returns on items. However, if there is something wrong with your order or your order is damaged, you can email 2adventureandbeyondkt@gmail.com and we will find a solution. Always check your order upon arrival and if somethings seems to be incorrect, please email me right away.
Exchanges
There will be a small fee and the customer must pay for shipping if you feel that you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange the bracelet.
Lost/Delayed Packages
Contact the post office with your tracking number if anything happens to you package, the post office can help you file claim. 2.adventure.kreatives not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have shipped. After your order ships we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Please contact your local post office if this happens and they can help you file a claim.
